At Irsweethome, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personal hygiene and health products (once opened).
  • Perishable or consumable goods.
  • Customised or personalised items.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (clearly marked as non-returnable).
  • Digital products or software.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@irsweethome.ca or via WhatsApp at +92-XXX-XXXXXXX within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item (if damaged or defective).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded to your original card within 7–14 business days.
  • Mobile Wallet (JazzCash / EasyPaisa): Refunded to your registered wallet within 5–7 business days.
  • Bank Transfer: Refunded to your provided bank account within 7–10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet. Please provide your account details at the time of the return request.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective items, wrong items received, or size/variant issues, subject to availability. Please contact our support team to request an exchange. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return pickup and either replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
