1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after order confirmation and successful payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched, along with a tracking number.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders above PKR [minimum amount]. Standard shipping rates apply for orders below this threshold.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this tracking number on the respective courier’s website to monitor your shipment in real time.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order will be returned to us. Additional re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing an order.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@irsweethome.ca. We will investigate the matter and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
