2. Products and Availability
Irsweethome reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen accurately represents the actual product.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, Irsweethome reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices on Irsweethome are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank Transfer
- Mobile Wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa)
Payments must be completed before the order is dispatched, except in the case of Cash on Delivery orders.
4. Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location, generally ranging from 3–7 working days for major cities and 5–10 working days for remote areas in Pakistan.
Irsweethome is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly stated at checkout.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, or are non-returnable by their nature (e.g., perishable goods, personal hygiene products), are not eligible for return.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
